Our

Garages

We take care of the entire building process so you don’t have to. From planning and permits, to final landscaping, we take care of it all. Here’s what we do:

Planning & Permits

We will work with you on designing your dream garage. From finding what size will best fit your needs, to picking out siding colors, we are by your side. Once we decide on what you want, we take care of obtaining all appropriate permits and approvals from your local building department.

Site Prep

Have an old garage you need torn down? That’s not a problem. We can take care of safely removing your old garage to make room for your new one. We can also take care of any landscape/tree removal that might be in the way of your dream garage.

Foundation

The integrity of your garage starts here. We build garages on monolithic slabs, but we also can do poured foundation walls. Every garage floor is sealed after it is poured to give it extra durability, moisture resistance, and a better look. We also pour our slabs on top of sheet plastic to prevent them from “sweating” in the springtime creating unwanted moisture.

Framing

Wherever the garage touches the foundation, we use pressure treated lumber to give your garage a longer lifespan. It is held down by 1/2” anchor bolts that are drilled into the foundation. We custom frame our garages to meet your needs, so no 2 garages are built the same. We can put garage doors, service doors, and windows wherever is going to be most convenient for you.

Roofing

We use Owens Corning architectural shingles to protect your new garage from the elements. With 8 different colors to choose from, we are sure that you will find one that you will love. These shingles come with a limited lifetime warranty to give you peace of mind that they will protect your investment. We can also do all kinds of metal roofs!

Siding and Trim

We use vinyl or engineered wood siding to help create a weathertight and maintenance free exterior on your new garage. We also exclusively use aluminum clad frames on service and overhead doors so you won’t have to worry about fading or painting wood anymore. We use aluminum soffit and fascia to give your garage a clean and finished look.

Doors and Windows

We Use Hormann garage doors to give your new garage a unique look, and use Chamberlain garage door openers to ensure a reliable door system. We walk you through the process of selecting windows and doors to help you make the most of your new garage.

Finishing

If you would like your new garage heated, not only will we make arrangements for that from the beginning, but we will also work with our experienced HVAC contractor to make sure your heating system is the most efficient. We will also be able to insulate, drywall, plaster, and paint your new garage to keep heating costs down, and to create a space you are proud to own.
